In observance of World Polio Day (October 24), Fairhope Rotary will hold a fundraiser for the PolioPlus fund of The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International. Ronan McSharry, owner of McSharry’s Irish Pub, has offered his establishment for this event. All Rotarians (as well as the general public) are welcome and will be invited to donate.

The premise of the “World’s Greatest Meal” concept is that participants donate the amount they would expect to pay for the meal in a restaurant. For this event, three chefs will be preparing shrimp and grits, and diners will be encouraged to vote for their favorite recipe with cash.

Ronan McSharry has arranged for entertainment and will be tending a cash bar. So come and bring plenty of cash!
